1. Core rule
Eligible booking cancellations on Gamer Time Arena are refunded as game credits at the same café — not as cash, UPI, or bank transfer. Credits can be spent on eligible bookings or shop purchases at that café only. They are not transferable to another café or user.
2. How to cancel
Cancel from your bookings screen in the GTA web app or mobile app before the session starts (where the product allows). The preview shown at cancel time is the amount of credits you will receive. Once a session has started or check-in rules block cancel, no credit refund applies unless the café or platform expressly grants one.
3. Time-based credit schedule
For paid bookings (not pass-covered), credit refunds are based on how far ahead of session start you cancel:

Credit amounts are floored to whole credits from the booking’s café price used by the refund engine. Platform fees and promotions may affect the base price shown at booking time.
4. Pass-paid bookings
If the booking was covered by a time pass, cancellation restores the pass according to product rules instead of issuing cancel credits. You do not receive a cash refund for the pass purchase through the cancel flow.
5. Credit expiry
Refund (and cashback) credits are granted with a 90-day use window from claim. Unused balances on that grant expire and cannot be reinstated automatically.
6. No-shows & café-side changes
If you do not check in / attend, the booking is generally treated as used and is not eligible for the cancel schedule. If a café cancels or cannot honour a confirmed booking for operational reasons, the café or platform may issue credits or an alternate slot — contact the venue desk promptly.
7. Menu, retail & add-ons
Food, drinks, shop items, and session add-ons follow the café’s fulfilment rules. Once prepared or consumed, they are typically non-refundable. Dispute those items with the café desk.
8. Payment failures & duplicates
Failed payments do not create a confirmed booking. If you were charged twice due to a technical error, contact us with the payment reference; we will work with the payment partner and café to correct it. Correction may be a reverse of the charge or credits, depending on the processor and case.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy when product rules change. The schedule above matches the live cancel engine; if a café publishes stricter house rules on site, those may apply for walk-in or desk-only bookings outside the app.
